Free Shipping Promo: Orders ₱4,500 and above qualify for free standard shipping.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation of payment.

Delivery Exceptions: Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or logistics restrictions, but we will notify you if this happens.
Note: For returns or exchanges, shipping fees are charged to the customer, unless the issue is due to store error or product defect, in which case Sanuk Philippines covers shipping.
