At Sanuk Philippines, we want your shopping experience to be smooth, safe, and enjoyable. Below is everything you need to know about returns, exchanges, shipping, and delivery.
1. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to enjoy every step in comfort. If something isn’t right with your purchase, here’s how we can help:
Eligibility:

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the date of purchase.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Proof of purchase is required (receipt or order confirmation).

Items must be returned to the same store or fulfillment center where purchased.
Shipping Fees for Returns & Exchanges:

Fees are based on location and package weight.

Free shipping for orders ₱4,500 and above.
-
If returning for customer preference, the customer pays the shipping fee.

If returning due to store error or defective product, Sanuk Philippines covers shipping for both the return and replacement item.
Refunds:

Refunds are processed via the original payment method.

Credit Card refunds: up to 7 business days depending on your bank.

You will receive a confirmation notification once the refund is completed.
Item Replacement:

Replacement processing takes 7–14 business days, starting upon receipt of the returned item.

If the replacement item is unavailable, an online store voucher will be issued.

2. Shipping Policy

Shipping fees are calculated based on location and package weight.

Free Shipping Promo: Orders ₱4,500 and above qualify for free standard shipping.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delays: Weather, holidays, or courier restrictions may delay delivery, but we will notify you.
3. Order Tracking

After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Track your order using the courier’s website or tracking system.

4. Delivery Information

Delivery Time: Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on location.

Signature Requirement: Some deliveries require a recipient signature.

Incorrect Address: Delays or returns due to wrong or incomplete addresses are the customer’s responsibility.
Tip: Double-check your shipping address to avoid delays.
