At Sanuk Philippines, we want you to enjoy every step in comfort. If something isn’t right with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
Items may be returned or exchanged within 15 days from the date of purchase, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The item is returned with the original packaging and tags
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is presented
- The item was purchased from Sanuk Philippines online store or authorized retail store
Items must be returned to the same store or fulfillment center where the purchase was made.
Shipping Policy for Returns & Exchanges
Shipping fees are calculated based on location and package weight.
- Orders above ₱4,500 qualify for Free Shipping (promo may vary).
- For returns or exchanges due to customer preference, the customer will shoulder the shipping cost.
- If the return is due to store error or product defect, Sanuk Philippines will shoulder the shipping cost for both:
- The return shipment
- The replacement item shipment
Refund Policy
If your return is approved, refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment.
- Credit Card refunds: Processing may take up to 7 business days depending on your bank.
- Once the refund is completed, you will receive a confirmation notification.
Item Replacement
For item replacements, please note the following:
- Processing time of 7–14 business days will begin only after we receive the returned item at our fulfillment hub.
- Our team will inspect the returned item before processing the replacement.
- If the requested replacement item is no longer available, you will be issued an online store voucher equivalent to the value of the item.
